Study of dificency heart desease by five evils
|

Abstract
|
|
|
The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the deficiency syndromes of the heart by five kinds of evils, which is significant to classify various symptoms and signs of disease in the five organs into five kinds of evils. The analysis of the deficiency syndromes that have been given in the several ways. fall into the results as twelve types. It is as follows
1. There are forty-two different symptoms which belong to evils attacking from itself of the dificiency syndromes of the heart, for example, flushed face, cardiac pair, heart burn etc.
2. As a sympton that belongs to evils attacking from reverse restriction of the deficiency syndromes of the heart, especially seventeen kinds of sympton which I investigate in this thesis, for example, heart palpitation, continuous palpitation etc.
3. There are many different symptons of classifying the evils attacking from his parent of the deficiency symdromes of the heart, for instance, mental confusion, stiff tongue etc.
4. All symptons which belong to the evils attacking from child of the deficiency syndromes of the heart are four, for instance, disturb the mind, poor memory etc.
5. As a sympton that belongs to the evils attacking from subjugation of the deficiency syndromes of the heart, three kinds of sympton which I suggest in this thesis, for example, excessive grief, disturb the mind etc.
6. A sympton which have pathogenesis over two is as follows, frequent dreams, susceptible to fright etc.
7. There are fifty five items of symtom which is not a deficiency syndromes of the heart, for example, yellowish complexion, a pale face, edema of the face, nosebleeding etc.
8. In the case of classifying the deficiency syndromes of the heart into five kinds of evils illustrated from No.1 to No.7. there are several symptons which cannot explain as a five organ, for example, perspire, spontaneously and night sweat etc.
9. A study conducted by this thesis has shown the sympton rate for the deficiency syndromes of the heart at 132 symptons to be 58 percent, the sympton rate which belongs to evils attacking from itself is 55 percent. besides, the rate of sympton that belongs to evils attacking from reverse restriction and the evils attacking from his parent are 22 percent, 14 percent each of them, and the sympton rate which belongs to evils attacking from child is 5.5 percent, finally. the rate of sympton which belongs to evils attacking from subjugation is 3.8 percent.
10. A sympton which is excluded from the deficiency syndromes of the heart is 41 percent. as supposed, it is absorbed by complicated accompanied and altered in the five organs differential diagnosis.
11. In the five kinds of evils, the pathogenesis which is related to fire and fever is returned to soul and excluded from another organs it appears. As nineteen items of pathogenesis contain an attribution such as a fire and fever, I argue that it is necessary for us to study of this continuously.
12. According to the orgine. part, and pathogenesis, the analysis of sympton was calssified. but, as
the deficiency syndromes of the heart is compounded with deficiency-excessive, yin-yang. gi-blood and cold-heat, I consider that several ways must be study as well as the five kinds of evils.
